I had completely forgotten about "Playday" until I saw that adorable picture someone posted! We really had some unique opportunities attending a small town school like ours. You don't see that sort of thing in large cities. Also wanted to say hello to LeAnn! :)

Hey Lance - I recall the '81 class trip to DC, as I was a chaperone (couldn't believe we were approved by the board!!). As I recall it was a very educational and learning experience. We were all very responsible, and I swear none of the kids were missing from the group when the prez was shot, although when I heard all the sirens I did do a head count. I won't mention the trip by taxi to the liquor store with an empty suitcase!!

Yeh Elsie, I'd like to see some pics too. But, I gotta tell ya, cattle truck would have been great to ride around with one on my 71ers. That darn Barb Spah was so wild you couldn't control her at all. Just go crazy havin' fun and lead us all astray. If we couldv'e put her in a truck like that for awhile maybe, just maybe, we might have bee able to control her a bit. But we never dared to try.

Hi Y'all. Where is the class of "52 and all the '50's ? Are we too old to e-mail???
We plan to be there & be camping at Mom's old place on the south side of town with all the Dalbols. Just to remind you "youngsters-- the class of '52 went to Bismarck in a cattle truck for our skip-day! We girls packed a picnic lunch & we appeared on the "What's the Weather?" radio program & I think we visited the pen!
