Only to set again too soon?
Why do stars twinkle so bright,
Only to pass away with the moon?
Why does a rainbow appear with colors to show,
Only to fade for no apparent reason?

Why does a flower take so long to grow,
Only to wilt during winter season?
Why does snow fall so mysteriously and lay,
Only to change and then melt?
Why do people enter our lives along the way,
Only to leave much too soon, did he know how we felt?
I guess no one will really know why, but God above.
But we should be happy for all those creations
We had the pleasure to know of and to love

Hi Everyone and especially the class of 1988,
Thanks so much for the kind words about Dave and for the thoughts and prayers for our family.
Dave really was a wonderful son, brother, uncle and friend to anyone and everyone he met. He was so looking forward to the reunion in June. To seeing all of you again and to umpping at the baseball diamond one more time…it put a smile on his face when he talked about it.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts about him, it is so comforting to read how many lives he touched. We will miss him forever.
